Scremee(운영자: Digital Native, 이하 “운영자”)는 LOVE name Match(Android 패키지: co.kr.digitalnative.lovename, Apple App ID: 493197857) 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 공개합니다.
1. 앱이 처리하는 정보
- 이름과 궁합 기록: 이용자가 입력한 이름, 계산 결과, 기록 및 설정은 앱 기능 제공을 위해 기기에 저장됩니다. 운영자는 이를 자체 서버로 전송하거나 보관하지 않습니다.
- 선택한 사진: 카메라 또는 사진 보관함에서 이용자가 직접 선택한 사진은 결과 생성과 저장을 위해 기기 안에서 처리됩니다. 운영자는 사진을 자체 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
- 광고 및 이용 분석 정보: Google AdMob 및 Firebase Analytics가 광고 식별자, 기기 식별자, 대략적 위치(IP 주소에서 추정될 수 있음), 앱·광고 상호작용, 기기 정보와 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 적용되는 법률과 이용자 선택에 따라 맞춤형 광고에 사용될 수 있습니다.
- 구매 정보: 광고 제거 상품의 결제와 구매 복원은 Google Play 또는 Apple App Store가 처리합니다. 운영자는 결제 카드 정보를 받지 않으며, 앱은 상품 ID·구매 상태·거래 식별자 등 구매 확인에 필요한 정보를 스토어 서비스와 처리할 수 있습니다.
2. 처리 목적
이름 궁합 계산, 결과·기록 저장, 이용자가 요청한 사진 기능과 공유 기능, 인앱 구매와 구매 복원, 광고 제공, 앱 이용 현황·성능 분석 및 서비스 안정성 개선을 위해 위 정보를 처리합니다.
3. 제3자 서비스
앱은 아래 제3자 서비스를 사용합니다. 각 사업자는 자체 방침에 따라 정보를 처리하며, 운영자는 앱에 포함한 제3자 서비스가 관련 법령과 동등한 수준의 보호를 제공하도록 합리적인 조치를 취합니다.
이용자가 결과를 공유하면 운영체제의 공유 시트와 이용자가 선택한 제3자 앱이 작동하며, 해당 앱의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
4. 보유 및 삭제
- 이름과 궁합 기록 메타데이터는 앱의 기록 삭제 기능으로 지울 수 있습니다. 앱 전용 저장공간에 복사된 사진과 설정을 포함한 나머지 로컬 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 제거됩니다.
- 이용자가 사진 보관함으로 내보낸 결과 이미지는 앱 삭제와 별개이며, 기기의 사진 앱에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 운영자는 이름과 사진을 보관하는 자체 사용자 계정 또는 백엔드 서버를 운영하지 않으므로 별도의 서버 계정 삭제 절차는 없습니다.
- Google 및 Apple이 처리하는 정보의 보유 기간과 삭제는 각 사업자의 방침 및 이용자 설정에 따릅니다.
5. 이용자의 선택과 권리
이용자는 기기 설정에서 카메라·사진 권한을 허용하거나 철회할 수 있고, 광고 개인정보 보호 선택을 변경하거나 광고 식별자를 재설정할 수 있습니다. 앱의 기록 삭제 기능으로 기록 메타데이터를 지울 수 있고, 앱을 제거하면 앱 전용 저장공간의 나머지 데이터가 삭제됩니다. 개인정보 관련 문의는 아래 연락처로 접수할 수 있습니다.
6. 보안 및 국외 처리
기기 내 앱 데이터는 운영체제의 앱 샌드박스 보호를 받습니다. 제3자 서비스로 전송되는 정보는 해당 SDK가 제공하는 보안 전송 수단을 사용합니다. Google 또는 Apple의 글로벌 인프라에서 정보가 이용자의 국가 밖에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 일반 이용자를 위한 오락용 서비스이며 아동을 대상으로 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하는 자체 계정이나 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 보호자는 기기 권한과 광고 개인정보 보호 설정을 관리할 수 있습니다.
8. 방침 변경
앱 기능, 제3자 SDK 또는 법령이 변경되면 이 방침을 갱신하고 이 페이지의 최종 업데이트 날짜를 변경합니다.

Scremee（運営者：Digital Native、以下「当社」）は、LOVE name Match（Androidパッケージ：co.kr.digitalnative.lovename、Apple App ID：493197857）の利用者のプライバシーを保護するため、本ポリシーを公開します。
1. アプリが処理する情報
- 名前と相性履歴：入力した名前、計算結果、履歴、設定は、アプリ機能を提供するため端末内に保存されます。当社独自のサーバーへ送信・保存することはありません。
- 選択した写真：カメラまたは写真ライブラリから選択した写真は、結果の作成と保存のため端末内で処理されます。当社独自のサーバーへ送信することはありません。
- 広告・利用分析情報：Google AdMobおよびFirebase Analyticsは、広告識別子、端末識別子、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその位置情報、アプリや広告との操作、端末情報、診断情報を処理する場合があります。適用法令と利用者の選択に従い、パーソナライズ広告に利用される場合があります。
- 購入情報：広告削除商品の決済と購入の復元はGoogle PlayまたはApple App Storeが処理します。当社はカード情報を受け取りません。アプリとストアサービスは、購入確認に必要な商品ID、購入状態、取引識別子などを処理する場合があります。
2. 利用目的
名前の相性計算、結果と履歴の保存、利用者が選択した写真・共有機能、アプリ内購入と購入の復元、広告配信、利用状況・性能の分析、サービスの安定性向上のために上記情報を処理します。
3. 第三者サービス
本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用します。各提供者はそれぞれのポリシーに基づいて情報を処理します。
結果を共有する場合、OSの共有シートと利用者が選択した第三者アプリが共有内容を処理し、そのアプリのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
4. 保持と削除
- 名前と相性履歴のメタデータは、アプリの履歴削除機能で削除できます。アプリをアンインストールすると、コピーされた写真や設定を含むアプリ専用領域の残りのデータが削除されます。
- 写真ライブラリへ書き出した結果画像はアプリとは別に保存されるため、端末の写真アプリから削除してください。
- 当社は名前や写真を保存する利用者アカウントまたは独自バックエンドを運営していないため、サーバーアカウントの削除手続きはありません。
- GoogleおよびAppleが処理する情報の保持・削除は、各社のポリシーと利用者のアカウントまたは端末設定に従います。
5. 利用者の選択と権利
端末設定からカメラ・写真へのアクセスを許可または取り消すことができます。広告のプライバシー設定や広告識別子を管理し、アプリ内の履歴を削除し、アプリをアンインストールしてアプリ専用領域のデータを削除できます。プライバシーに関するご質問は下記へお問い合わせください。
6. セキュリティと国外での処理
端末内のアプリデータはOSのアプリサンドボックスによって保護されます。第三者サービスへ送信される情報には、各SDKが提供する安全な通信手段が使用されます。GoogleまたはAppleのグローバルインフラにより、利用者の国外で情報が処理される場合があります。
7. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは一般利用者向けのエンターテインメントアプリです。当社は子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集する独自アカウントやサーバーを運営していません。保護者は端末権限と広告のプライバシー設定を管理できます。
8. ポリシーの変更
アプリ機能、第三者SDK、または法令が変更された場合、本ポリシーを更新し、このページの最終更新日を変更します。

Privacy Policy
Scremee (operated by Digital Native, “we”) provides this Privacy Policy for LOVE name Match (Android package: co.kr.digitalnative.lovename; Apple App ID: 493197857).
1. Information processed by the app
- Names and compatibility history: Names you enter, calculated results, history, and settings are stored on your device to provide app features. We do not transmit or store them on our own servers.
- Photos you select: Photos you choose from the camera or photo library are processed on your device to create and save results. We do not transmit these photos to our own servers.
- Advertising and analytics data: Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics may process advertising identifiers, device identifiers, approximate location (which may be inferred from an IP address), app and ad interactions, device information, and diagnostics. Where permitted and subject to your choices, this data may be used for personalized advertising.
- Purchase information: Google Play or the Apple App Store processes payment and restoration of the ad-removal purchase. We do not receive your payment-card details. The app and store services may process the product ID, purchase status, transaction identifier, and related information needed to verify purchases.
2. Purposes
We process the information above to calculate compatibility, save results and history, provide photo and user-initiated sharing features, process and restore in-app purchases, serve ads, analyze app usage and performance, and improve reliability.
3. Third-party services
The app uses the services below. Each provider processes information under its own policy. We take reasonable steps to use third-party services that provide the same or an equivalent level of protection required by applicable law.
If you share a result, the operating system’s share sheet and the third-party app you select will process the shared content under that app’s policy.
4. Retention and deletion
- Names and compatibility-history metadata can be removed with the app’s history deletion feature. Uninstalling the app removes the remaining local data in app-private storage, including copied photos and settings.
- Result images you export to the device photo library are separate from the app and can be deleted in the device’s Photos app.
- We do not operate a user account or backend server that stores names or photos, so there is no separate server-account deletion process.
- Data processed by Google and Apple is retained or deleted under their policies and your account or device settings.
5. Your choices and rights
You can grant or withdraw camera and photo access in device settings, manage advertising privacy choices or reset the advertising identifier, delete history metadata in the app, or uninstall the app to remove the remaining app-private local data. Contact us below with a privacy request or question.
6. Security and international processing
Local app data is protected by the operating system’s app sandbox. Information transmitted to third-party services uses the secure transport provided by their SDKs. Google or Apple may process information outside your country through their global infrastructure.
7. Children’s privacy
This is a general-audience entertainment app. We do not operate an account or server intended to collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian can manage device permissions and advertising privacy settings.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when app features, third-party SDKs, or legal requirements change. We will update the date at the top of this page.
